"You think I want trouble?!" Adrienne almost screamed at George. "You think I want the person I thought was like a parent to me to be a Deatheater?! Do you think I wanted to find out my dad was a deatheater? Do you think I liked that he killed my mom? Do you think that I enjoy these little battles because they fill out my day?! That I want to see my friends risk their lives?! That you came so close to dying?!? I dont want this to happen George, but thats the way it fucking is. And if I have to dye to fix some of the damage my dad did then Im going to dye." she looked at him, her heart stinging from his comments. "You cant treat me like this because of whatever Ive done in the past, George," she said. He couldnt deny it anymore, sometimes he treated her like she was still on probation. Like her opninions didnt matter as much as his. That her feelings wernt as strong or real because she had been cheapened by things she had done. "But fine. Ill leave." she turned on her heel, heading for the exit

George bit his lip, and his tongue, and allowed Adrienne to walk past him. He thought about holding the door open for her and was actually on the verge of doing so when Fred rushed at him. "What the hell is wrong with you?" he hissed, blocking George's way and allowing Adrienne to leave.
"Get off me," he said, shoving at his brother's hands. But they wouldn't budge.
"Do you have any idea what you just said?! You just practically told her to walk out of your life. Forever! How can you have been so stuipd!" Fred berated.
"Stupid or not, she'll have one less thing to worry about now, and she won't think that dying's all it's cracked up to be. Some things are worth dying for, I admit, but this isn't one of them," he said, his eyes on Adrienne's back still. Shrugging out of his brother's grip finally, George walked into the opening of the shop, where he mingled with the customers until he was sure she was gone.

Adrienne carried on walking until she really didnt know where else to go. She didnt want to go back to the castle, and with George was the only other place she really had to go. When she slowed down to think, she had to stop walking and sit down. Was it over, then? Had she left? Sometimes she doubted George loved her as much as she loved him... but he always thought it the other way around. Their relationship had no balance. He didnt respect her. But she didnt blame him... why should she? All she knew was she loved him 100 times more then she loved herself, and would always put her pride aside to be with him. But how long could she do that for?
