Adrienne was in the Three Broomsticks alone, a butterbeer in front of her, but she didnt really feel like it. She was just staring at it, turning it on the table. It was still practically full. She and George had decided to go on a break. She hated it, it was torture being pulled away from him, not able to go back. She knew it was for the best, but it was hard to see how.
Tristan walked into the Three Brooksticks, looking around, smiling. He had finished at Durmstrang, which he had gone to from London, as it was the school his dead father had attended. Now he had gotten a job in Hogsmead, and was glad that he could be near Adrienne. Looking around, he saw her at a table, as he thought he might. He grinned, and walked over. "Hey," he said, sitting down.
Adrienne looked up and saw Tristan. It took her a moment to regester, but eventually she smiled- something she hadnt done in days- and threw her arms around him. "Tristan," she said, "Ive missed you,"
"I missed you too," Tristan said, hugging her back. "Whats been going on?" he pulled away and looked down at her.
Adrienne paused, then started to talk. She talked more then she had in a while. She told him everything, about school, and George, until he was up to date.
"And now I cant see him for god knows how long... well, I can see him... but I cant be with him..."
"Addie..." Tristan said, moving closer to her on the booth, "Dont worry, its going to be ok," Adriennes eyes were slightly teary, and Tristan put his hand on her cheek. He had known her since she was a baby, and to him she would always be a little girl. She had to be taken care of. "Its ok," he pulled her to him, and she buried her face in his neck. He was warm and smelled comforting, reminding her of home.

Fred and George were wandering around Hogsmeade. They had been in town on the pretense of buying Zonko's Joke Shop but, seeing as how the students weren't really allowed out all too much anymore, the idea of buying a shop in that area seemed pointless. "Well, look at it this way: We no longer have to worry about competition!" Fred said brightly, clapping his brother on the back and smiling.
George chuckled and shook his head. He'd been spending all his extra time with his brother again, now that he wasn't seeing Adrienne as he used to, and it was good for him; he was steadily getting back into his old mood, Fred's constant joking and laughing making it easier for George to slide into it. The sudden thought of Adrienne made his smile fade and, looking down at his feet as they continued to walk down the main street, George couldn't help but regret their decision to take a break. Had it really only been a few days? It felt like forever since he'd held her in his arms, kissed her.
Fred glanced over and, noticing his brother's sudden mood change, pulled him into the nearest shop, which happened to be the Three Broomsticks. "Come on! I'll buy you a drink! Celebrate our 'victory,'" he said, smiling and clapping George on the back again, as the door swung closed behind them. "Go on and sit, I'll be right there with-" but Fred stopped talking, as his brother hadn't taken a step to go deeper into the bar. Turning around, he saw that George was frozen in place, his eyes focusing on a table nearby. Following his brother's hardened gaze, Fred's eyes widened in shock as they landed on what appeared to be Adrienne in a very intimate embrace with another guy.

Billie has been walking around Diagon alley by herself for the past couple of hours now.She had no idea why but she wanted to be alone for awhile and then later on she would be going off to the three broomsticks and maybe see one of her friends to have a pleasant drink with.
After walking around for what seemed like an hour she walked into the three broomsticks and noticed Fred,George,Adrienne and some guy she did not know of.She smiled and waved to Adrienne which she didnt notice, making her way to Fred and George. She knew her and George were not really dating anymore. It was pretty sad, they made a cute couple.
"Hey Fred,George!Whats up?"She asked and noticed both their eyes on Adrienne and the guy."I'm sure its just a friend!"She said and rubbed George's back."I'm sure it will be alright!"She said, trying to calm him down before he bursted into conclusion.

Adrienne didnt really want to pull away from Tristan; she was feeling lost, and where as George had Fred to help him, before now Adrienne hadnt really had anyone. "Are you sure your ok?" Tristan asked, pulling away from her slowly, looking at her critically. "Yeh, Ill be fine," Adrienne said, "I just have to try and get back to my old self." "You seem like the old Adrienne to me," Tristan said, grinning, his hand on her arm. But that wasnt entirly true. He could see the hurt in her eyes, and knew she needed time. He stayed close to her, not comfortable with leaving her right now, in any way. Neither of them noticed Bille, Fred, and George.

"Billie!" Fred said, a bit too loudly as he tried to prise his brother's attention away from Adrienne. "Beautiful girl, where have you been?" he said, smiling and hugging her tightly as they hadn't seen each other in a while. He pulled away and tried to keep up with what she'd told George. "Uh, yeah! Sure, bro, nothing but a friend. A, uh...very...chummy friend," Fred added, though this was a lot quieter and only to himself. He could see what his brother's problem was, as the way the strange guy was holding Adrienne could be too close to be just friends.
"Yeah. Right," George said gruffly, even as he clenched his fists at his sides. Many thoughts flew around his head, the most pronounced one being how he'd told Adrienne what he was afraid of. And here she was, wrapped in someone else's arms. Though they'd broken out of the hug, they still remained too close, and George noticed that neither of them had noticed anyone else. Ignoring Billie's words of comfort, George shrugged her off and walked towards Adrienne. He stopped halfway though, not even having had anything to say in mind, and just deciding to bolt. However, as he hadn't been watching where he was going, George smacked into a waitress and sent her tray flying as he fell back onto the floor, now dripping in Firewhiskey.

"Fred!"She said equally as loud and laughed,s he hugged her tightly, she smiled and hugged him tight."Hansome Man.Where have you been?"She missed Fred a lot and they funny jokes and pranks they would pull on people at times. When she pulled away she put her attention on George until Fred said a very chummy friend. She hit him playfully."Not helping!"She added
George shrugged her hand off and she sighed and watched as he stormed after her."George no!"But he didn't hear her and kept walking until a waitress came and bumped into him, causing the firewhisky to spill on him.She gasped, but didn't have the urge to move, everyones eyes were now on George.

Adrienne and Tristan both looked at George as he banged into the poor waitress, who dropped her tray of firewiskey. "George?!" Adrienne said, suprised. She hadnt known he was there, and now she looked, she saw Fred and Billie too. She didnt know what to do now... what were they supposed to do? What did being on a break mean.
Tristan saw George, and kept his hand on Adriennes arm, making sure she was definitly alright. He was still protective over her, nothing had changed about him since they had last seen eachother.

Fred frowned at Billie as she said he wasn't helping and he shrugged in a 'what do you expect?' kind of way. "Just saying," he muttered, rubbing where she'd hit him, as if it had hurt. He followed her gaze as George walked away and he had actually been about to grab his brother and pull him back before he stopped, knowing that it was best to let him go. "Maybe we should..." Fred started, but stopped with one hand on Billie's arm as George and the waitress collided. Wincing in sympathy with George, Fred looked over at Adrienne who had called out his brother's name and just shrugged.
George didn't want to look at anyone, he hadn't even wanted Adrienne to see him, but he knew that wasn't a plan he could keep anymore. The sound of her saying his name was almost too much for him and he couldn't help but look at her. Though he had just been feeling angry and frustrated, the only thing in George's eyes as he looked over at Adrienne and the stranger beside her was a glimpse of sadness. However, as soon as everyone around him started laughing and clapping, George turned away from her and, swearing, got up from the floor.

Billie rolled her eyes and laughed lightly and Fred rubbed his arms as if that little smack hurt.Billie couldn't hurt a fly, well maybe she could but anyways.Once George got up everyone around them started laughing. She noticed Adrienne finally look at her she smiled softly and walked over to George finally being able to move.
"You OK!Georgie?"She asked and motioned Fred over to help as well."Maybe Its best if we move to another table!"She suggested and wiped a dry cloth she summoned on his face.

Adrienne had already left Tristan and was next to George, "Are you alright?" She asked, reaching out to touch his arm, but thought better of it. She wasnt prepared for the sparks she knew would come. Tristan followed Adrienne, and stood a little bit behind her, "That was quite a fall," he said to George, trying to be friendly, though it sounded forced. He didnt like new people until he knew he could trust them, lease of all anyone who caused Adrienne any kind of pain. Tristan was too set in his ways to think that George had caused Adrienne more happiness then pain.

Fred followed Billie and stood beside his brother as George stood, unable to keep from chuckling a bit. "Man, that was classic!" he said, clapping George on the back and smiling heartily. "I'll never forget the image. That poor waitress," he said, sighing sadly.
"Right," was all George said. He was still too stunned to do anything and, as Adrienne reached out her hand to him and drew it back, he thought that maybe he'd been right. Glancing at the guy as he spoke to him, George just grunted and shook his head, allowing Billie to dry his face off. "Or maybe we should just go," he said quietly, as she said they should find a new table.

"I thought..." Adrienne started, before she could stop herself, but then decided to continue anyway, "I thought we were going to be together... just not be together..." she looked at George. She didnt want him to go... she didnt want to be on a break, this whole thing was stupid and hard and she hated it. Adrienne looked at Fred, to see if he wanted to leave too, then back at George.
Tristan had been trying to catch Georges eye, but when that prooved impossible, he looked at his twin, trying to figure out what was wrong.

Billie sighed at this and was surprised he actually let him dry her face. She smiled slightly at Fred and rolled her eyes,he was a pretty interesting guy at times."Fred you really are something?"She said and laughed as he acknowledged Georges bump into the waitress.
"George running away from your problem wont help.Lets just get another table!"She stated and looked at Adrienne with a sigh. She looked up at the guy and they looked to be very close like brother and sister.

"I know. And that's why you love me," Fred told Billing, grinning widely and winking at her as she said he was something. He frowned at his brother again, though, as he watched him react to Adrienne and to the guy she was with. All in all, though, Fred was proud of his brother. He knew how short both their tempers could be but, in a way, he was sad that George hadn't erupted as he might've before. Fred saw the boy with Adrienne looking at him and he gave a small, uneasy smile, showing him that he wasn't too sure what was going on, nor how to make it better.
Shrugging Billie off of him completely now, George took the towel away from her and set it down on the nearest table. He looked at Adrienne and shrugged, a smile forming on his face as he kept his eyes on her and only her. He shook his head though and looked away, down at his sopping clothes. "I didn't say we weren't together. We are just...not," he said slowly, glancing up at her and shrugging again. "I don't want to leave, but it's hard to...." George trailed off and ran a hand through his hair, spraying drops of Firewhiskey all over as he did so. He didn't want to finish that sentence, though, didn't think it was the time nor place to let her know that he'd regretted their decision to 'take a break' the moment they'd made it.

Adrienne looked at George, confused and upset; he was hurting and she couldnt do anything about it.. she couldnt hold him and try to make him feel better because they were on a 'break'. 3 days into it and this break had already turned out to be one of the worst ideas of her life. Well, one of Georges worst ideas... stupid prick. ((haha))
Tristan saw Adrienne struggling for words, and as he understood the whole 'break' scenario, he spoke next. He put his hands on her shoulders (he could see over her easily, as he was nearly as tall as George) to try and calm her down before she lost her calm, and spoke. "Theres no reason for anyone to leave. We can all get a table and... once we've got a few drinks down us..." he looked at Georges twin and the girl (who seemed to feel the same way) for support.
