Adrienne walked down the paved path to the Burrow, smiling slightly. Mrs Weasley, anxious now that they had all gone back to school, had decided to take advantage of the fact that they could come and go as they pleased, now they were all 17. Ginny had been allowed to come too, though Adrienne thought that was because Snape was afraid of Mrs Weasley... as well he should be.
Adrienne, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny, were now all out of school for the weekend. George and Fred had also promised to be there.

Fred and George were in the kitchen with their mom, watching her as she easily made a six course meal. They could tell that this was one of the few moments in their mom's day that made her happy, one of the few times she had to think about something other than the impending doom of her and her family and friends. Her good mood was contagious, and the twins joked and laughed with her more than usual while they waited for everyone else to arrive.

Ronald's mother was crazy. Ever since He Who Must Not Be Named had returned, she demained the family and all close friends to have dinner almost every weekend. So there he was, walking towards the kitchen to join dinner.
Smiling as he saw his mother so happy, he took a seat at the dinner table. "How's work?" Ron asked the twins casually, secretly jealous of their sucess in the joke shop buissiness.

Hermion ehad just came down from reading in the room her and Ginny were reading in. As she couldnt pick anything that was written down right at that moment, she decided to come down, she didnt have much else to do if she couldnt be reading.
As soon as she came down, as smile was sketched on her face, and it wouldnt disappear. Hermione still didnt know if Ron had told his family about them, she doubt it. Niether of them had gotten around to it. Hermione still hadnt told anyone.
As she looked at Ron, the smile widened even more, she was happy that Ron was talking to her normally again after him spoting her having a civilised conversation with the one and only 'Draco Malfoy'
Hermione decided to sit right next to Ron, that way she could smile and laugh with him, something she hadnt done for a while when she wasnt around him.

Grinning as he saw Hermione, he held her hand under the table. Ron hadn't yet told his family that something was happening between the pair, and Ron wasn't quite sure if they were together or not, it'd been a rather confusing conversation between them at the lake.
"Dinner smells good." He said to Hermione, squeezing her hand under the table. Mrs. Weasley was possibly the best cook on the planet.

"It isnt such a surprise though is it?" Hermione questioned, trying hard to smile, but not too much to give anything away. But she continued to hold his hand, she couldnt hide how happy she was. It just wasnt possible for her too. Finally she kept a striaght face, after looking, and smiling at Ron, then back to Mrs Weasly, then looking around the room.
Hermiopne restrained to look anywhere but at Ron, it was just so hard not to. But Hermione thought she was doing quite good for someone like her

Adrienne walked up to the door, and knocked, before opening it slightly hesitantly, looking in to make sure she wasnt being rude by just walking right on in. "Hello?" she asked, as she took a step into the room, closing the door behind her. She looked into the kitchen, and smiled as the first person she saw was George. "Hey you," she said, walking over to him, and planting one on his cheek. She glanced around at everyone, and then saw Ron and Hermione... she remembered what Hermione had been telling her, and copped on right away. She looked at George to get his attention, then glanced at Ron and Hermione pointedly, smiling.

Hermione smiled back at Adrienne. She could trust her, Adrienne wouldnt tell anyone until they were ready, which Hermione didnt know when that would be, but it was kinda confusing, so she was happy that she didnt have to tell anyone, when she didnt understand herself. Hermione looked at Adrienne, trying to send a messege to her, trying to catch her attention without making it too obvious to others, she had no idea how she could do that though,

Adrienne caught Hemiones eye, and after a moment, saw what she was trying to convey. She nodded slightly, so as no one else would notice, but then bit her lip, glancing at George. Would she at least be able to tell him? She was never good at holding in anything she was happy about, and Ron and Hermione had been 6 long years in the making.

"Business is booming, bro," Fred said to Ron, before the kitchen began to fill with the girls. "Hey, you," George said, returning Adrienne's greeting with a big smile. Fred nodded and smiled as Hermione came down the stairs.
While George was distracted by Adrienne, Fred's eyes wandered to and from the couple, and then to and from Ron and Hermione.
Though George had caught Adrienne's first meaningful look, he didn't say anything, but raised his eyebrows thinking nothing more than, 'About time.'
Fred, however, eyed his younger brother closely and and, after a moment, said pointedly at the two, "You're sitting awfully close there, aren't you?" He wiggled his fork at Ron and Hermione and raised his eyebrows.

Adrienne, after catching Hermiones meaning, knew that that was the last thing she or Ron wanted anyone to say. She picked up a fork off the table, and threw it at Fred behind Georges back. It landed right on target, hitting Fred on the head. Adrienne grinned, then looked at George, taking his hand and moving slightly closer. "Remember when we were starting out?" she asked, quietly in his ear. Their relationship had been a secret too... it had been a great achievement just to hold hands.

Hermione looked at Ron, then, as sadly ass eh had been since they came here, she let go of his hand under the table, sliding over away from him.
HErmione looked at Ron, with a smile, saying it was for the best. They didnt want anyone knowing just yet. Hermione hadntt old Ron she told Adrienne, which now she thought was going to blab out to George, which was then going to blab out to Fred. aThen Fred's going to make a fuss about it infront of Bill and Charli, then Bill would tell Ginny, maybe, then Ginny would tell Molly QWeasly, which would bascily telling the whole world.

"Hey!" Fred shouted, rubbing the back of his head and looking daggers at Adrienne as she tried to pawn it off. "What was that for?" he demanded. "I was only pointing out that their vicinity could take some lengthening if they don't people to suspect!" Fred defended, still glaring at Adrienne beside George.
"No need to suspect. Nothing's going on. Calm down, you're scaring the children," George said to his brother, patting his head lightly as he too tried to save face for Ron and Hermione. If they were hiding something, which was highly probable, it was up to them when to let it out, not anyone else and their big mouth.

Adrienne squeezed Georges hand in thanks as he got Fred to shut up.... her fork plan had backfired. She would be sure to do something later involving Fred, and the box of exploding snap she had in her bag. The best thing about pulling something like that on Fred was, in the end, he always took it well. And he got the message. Ron and Hermione had taken 6 years to get it together, and Hermione was happy about it. That was enough for Adrienne. She looked at George, keeping close to him as she let her mind wander to thoughts of when they had first gotten together.
But it wasnt for long. Soon, Mrs Weasley was coming over with dinner, and more people were arriving. Lupin, followed closely by a smiling Tonks, who Adrienne greeted with a smile and a wave. Bill and Fleur appeared from outside, along with Charlie and Auther Weasley, his father.
Adrienne noticed that there were a fair few order members, and she was starting to hope the conversation didnt turn that way... or even worse, that the order members didnt end up talking quietly in a group. She had promised George that she wouldnt talk about it, that she would forget about wanting to be in the order, and wanting to fight...it killed her but she would do it.

Smiling awkwardly as Hermione let go of his hand, Ron became confused as to why there was a cutley war beginning. Was it possible Adrienne knew? No, Hermione promised she'd keep it secret, at least until he was ready.
Looking from Hermione to Fred and George, he raised ann eyebrow and shook his head slightly as they made silly accusations. The redhead then looked at Adrienne both curiously and suspiciosly, before shaking it off and smiling at Hermione.
Soon after, Everyone else had arrived at Mrs. Weasley put dinner on the table. Grinning with hunger, Ron dug in to a plate of chicken wings, barely chewing before swallowing. "thanklsih mbnunch." Ronal managed to squeeze out, which was his langauge for, 'thanks, mum.'
